Now available: qpNCA v1.1.1!
qpNCA is the latest free software initiative from qPharmetra. Implemented as an R library, it conducts noncompartmental analysis (NCA) for PK or PD profiles (e.g. drug concentration vs. time).
Features include:
• Calculations of all essential NCA parameters for intravenous bolus or infusion, extravascular, single dose, multiple dose, and steady state dosing
• Completely and independently validated against identical examples run in Excel
• Real-time correction of concentrations and timepoints
• Fully documented (see vignettes and manuals)
• Ready-to-use for regulatory-compliant reports

qpNCA v.17 has been released
This latest version of qP’s non-compartmental analysis package, initiated in 2017, now includes input data availability checks. Again, it is validated against a substantial set of test PK curves to guarantee proper execution. The package, validation documentation and User’s guide can be found on Github.
